ESembler pulls its student and class information from Zangle. If a student isn't on your list, check with your ADA clerk to see if they've
enrolled them yet. All changes in Zangle take overnnight to show up in eSembler.
Where is my student who withdrew last week? I need his/her grades for the new teacher.
Your student hasn't disappeared, even though you may not see them in eSembler anymore. Open your class and click the Preferences
button. Find the "Show inactive students button" and scroll down in that same pop-up window to choose Apply. Now you'll see the
student in "gray".
I just got a student from another teacher and there are no grades for them in my eSembler. The old teacher swears she put in grades for this student. What do I do?
The student's grades are still in the other teacher's eSembler. The student is starting over again with you. If it is the middle of a grading
period, you'll need to contact the other teacher for the grade average and reflect that average in your eSembler.
I'm making grade changes for a grading period that is past. How do I do that? When can I do that?
